It takes a careful eye and a series of rigorous tests that each tile of Bamboowood goes through before it adorns the floors of your abode.
Our team of experts visits our cultivation areas for hand-selection of mature bamboo. it is then carefully moved to the factory in custom-built settings
The bamboo is cleaned while its skin and knots are removed. It is then sliced into strips and crushed into strands-fibres that will come together for further treatment
Curing & Compression : The bamboo is then cured-naturally and artificially for strength These strands are then comressed under high pressure to create bamboowood beams
Smoothening & Slicing The beams are then smoothened out and sliced into different thicknesses for flooring. decking or wall cladding
The sliced sections return to be seasoned naturally and artificially (kiln dried) for high grade stability. The products are finished with Eco-friendly UV coating for interiors and Eco-friendly water-based oil for outdoor offerings.
